Taiwan has a diverse culinary heritage, and teppanyaki stands out as a widely enjoyed street food across the country. At VAN Teppanyaki, we utilize the teppanyaki cooking technique, blending it with Japanese culinary principles, to create a modern dining experience. Employing contemporary cooking methods, we handle each ingredient with great care and sincerity. Our objective is to present dishes infused with Taiwanese cultural richness to every esteemed customer, aligning with the philosophy of “Local Sourcing, Seasonal Enjoyment.”

Chapter 3 : Native land

As the four seasons change, spring and summer are ushered in. Taiwanese local ingredients are used in the dishes, following the chef’s tradition, awakening the memory of every gourmet, and showing Taiwan’s unique richness and richness.

“VAN”‘ new food season is based on Taiwanese snacks; the emotional connection in memory is the DNA flowing in the blood.

From stir-fries at food stalls to snacks at night markets, every bite carries the weight of stories and history.

These delicacies that have been circulating in the market for a long time have been tempered by time. They are the smell of hometown, the taste of home, and the thoughts of wanderers. They have long been integrated into the blood and memory of all Taiwanese people.

“Modern Japanese Zen Style – Serene and Peaceful Atmosphere” Open the thick wooden doors of Zen style, and you’ll find a quiet and warm space hidden in the bustling alleys.
Here, the smooth and simple style cleverly blends with the Japanese dry landscape garden, revealing a sense of tranquility.
Warm wood and sturdy stone elements play an important role in creating a stable and comfortable atmosphere. The walls covered with grandmother green blended fabric extend the charm of the Oriental spirit, combining with the concept of Japanese Zen style, presenting tranquility and stability, showcasing serenity in the noisy city.
With seating for 20 guests, we provide private room services for 8-11 people, suitable for gatherings of friends or small business dinners.
